Zoljargal Dashnyam (Zola) is a Founding Partner of Dashnyam Partners LLC. She is a leading legal expert on corporate, commercial transactions with focus on finance and capital markets. Prior to her private legal practice, Zola worked as an in-house counsel to the largest commercial bank in Mongolia. She has also briefly taken a Senior Counsel’s role at the Green Climate Fund and worked on climate adaptation and mitigation projects finance on global scale. Since 2010, Zola has been recognized and ranked as a Tier 1 lawyer by Chambers and Partners in its client’s guide to the Asia Pacific’s Leading Lawyers for Business. She has also been recognized by Legal500 and IFLR. The Mongolian Bar Association recognized Zola as a leading legal counsel of the Year 2019 and awarded with Femida award. Zola holds Bachelor of Arts degree in International Law from the School of Law of the National University of Mongolia, Master of Business Administration in Finance (MBA) from Oklahoma City University, USA and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, USA.
