Nomin-Erdene Jamts serves as a consultant specializing in digital transformation at the intersection of cross-sector synergy, policy governance, and sustainable development. He has extensive experience in scaling digital banking accessibility across Mongolia, playing a pivotal role in enhancing financial inclusion for both individuals and organizations. In recent years, he has consulted for government agencies, the private sector, and civil society organizations. His work focuses on implementing data-driven, transparent, and inclusive solutions across sectors such as education, healthcare, energy, agriculture, and trade. In collaboration with international organizations, he provides policy-level recommendations and implementation strategies for institutional reform, anti-corruption, and digital public data policy. Additionally, he is dedicated to transitioning SMEs toward a green economy, enhancing public capacity, and empowering youth participation. Nomin-Erdene aims to strengthen Mongolia's digital future by improving cross-sectoral policy alignment and advancing digital solutions that support the Human Development Index (HDI). He holds an MBA, Project Management from the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Mongolia.
