Lkhagva Erdene is the Communications & CSR Director for Badrakh Energy. Previously, he served as the Deputy Head of Secretariat of the State Great Hural and General Manager of External Affairs & Communications for Oyu Tolgoi. Lkhagva holds a Master of Journalism from the Journalism and Media Study Centre of University of Hong-Kong where he studied under Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship.
