Jambaa Lkhagva is an energy policy and regulation expert with over 16 years of experience in energy markets, tariffs, and renewable energy. He most recently served as Managing Director of the National Energy Reform Committee under the Government of Mongolia. Previously, he led USAID’s Mongolia Energy Governance activity and held senior roles at the Energy Regulatory Commission and Ministry of Energy, contributing to regional power integration and sustainable energy solutions.
